Pastors Kyle and Teresa Bauer have been in full-time ministry for nearly two decades and have served in a variety of pastoral roles. Kyle was appointed the Senior Pastor here at Pathway SFV in June 2019, and Teresa serves as the most awesome pastor's wife ever, also as the Executive Pastor of the church.

Assisting Pastor
Pastor Ricardo and Irene Chaidez have served as Foursquare pastors for nearly thirty years. Their love, care, and pastoral experience is a vital part of Pathway SFV as they help to serve and care for the congregation.
Fred and Pastor Jill Alvarado
Director of Men's Ministries and Children's Pastor
Pastor Jill, leads the Children's Ministries department, teaching our children to be Unshakeable and Supernatural! Fred is the director of Men's Ministries.
John and Gema Ortiz
Directors of Young Adult Ministries
John and Gema serve as directors of the young adults between ages 18 - 29. They are passionate about helping young adults grow into mature disciples of Jesus.
Tatum and Jennifer Shank
Directors of the Youth Group
Tatum and Jennifer come from acting and educational backgrounds, and carry an amazing gift to reach Jr. High and High School aged kids and help them to become Unshakeable and Supernatural in their faith.
Armando and Claudia Estrada
Assisting Ministers
Armando and Claudia Estrada currently serve as the Head Ushers, and Armando also serves on the Church Council. They assist in providing spiritual and practical leadership at Pathway SFV.
Victor and Aline Padilla
Director of Small Groups
Victor and Aline Padilla are integral in forming, leading, and organizing the Small Groups ministry at Pathway SFV.
Gabriel and Maria Martinez
Director of Worship Ministry
Gabriel, along with his wife Maria, serves as the director of the worship ministry of the church providing necessary leadership, guidance, and formation for the worship team.
Michael and Erika Herrera
Director of Celebrations
Mike and Erika serve as the coordinators for our celebration outreach ministry. Several times per year we invite our neighbors and surrounding community to join us in celebrating at church gatherings, picnics, fun, and Jesus!
Stephen and Evangelia Larkin
Director of Welcoming
Stephen and his team are some of the first people to welcome you to our church! If you are visiting for the first time, they want to meet you, welcome you, give you a gift, and get you connected!
Cynthia Medrano
Service Coordinator
Cynthia currently serves as the service coordinator, to make sure everything runs smoothly, and is also working on discipleship development.
